I think you mean Watts not Volts. If you are on a strict budget try and grab a good quality 80+ Bronze rated power supply from a reliable brand like Corsair, EVGA, XFX, SilverStone or SeaSonic. Make sure you get something at 400W or higher. 400-450W will do the job and allow you some upgradability.

This would be me recommendation for a budget PSU > https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/6ZkD4D/silverstone-power-supply-st60fesb

But try grab this is you are open to spending a little more > https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/tfw323/silverstone-power-supply-st45sfg
Firstly if you haven't already purchased these parts you could do much better across the whole list for the same price. Secondly how would this not fit into a Mid-Tower case? It's a Micro-ATX Motherboard and pretty small graphics card. That case is pretty expensive i have never heard of that brand personally, you could save a lot of money going a nice Corsair/Aerocool/Phanteks case for cheaper and still excellent quality just let me know if you want help choosing a case. The parts i would change in your build list if you have not purchased them already would be:

1) RX 470 4GB (20-30% more performance for $10-20 more)
2) B250 Motherboard with 4 RAM slots for upgradebility (~$25 more)
3) Change RAM to the same but 2x4GB Kit as they perform better (Same price)
4) Pentium G4560 (The new Hyperthreaded one, a budget king)

Hope this helps :)

i havent bought the accessories yet. Oh I forgot to mention that I'm from other country. The cooler master is a little bit expensive in my country. But its for the best that i buy the cooler master case

Looks average i suppose it would do if your on a strict budget it should fit everything alright. (included a picture for reference with a massive GPU inside of one).
