[SOLVED] I'm getting alot of frametime spikes and lag spikes when playing games

Solution
What do you mean that I will make the disk upgrade much easier?
If your planning on replacing the hdd with a ssd then a 1TB ssd will just be a straight clone without having to play with partition sizing.

If your planning on adding a ssd to the hdd then you can get whatever size you want......don't go too small it might be future trouble.
Whenever I play games I just get frametime spikes (my frametime goes from 5 - 8 ms to 20 - 300! bruh), I'm also getting ALOT of lag spikes

I've tried all sorts of things but still can't fix it. These are my specs https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/45792960
I'm planning on upgrading my ram to 2x8 gb ram instead of 1x8 and get an ssd
Do the ram and ssd upgrade and see what the results are.
