Pipes were touching gpu a bit so I moved them and bent them slightly, now I'm getting pump failure on the lcd and in icue. I tried unplugging everything and forcing updates to firmware and Uninstaller Siv to make sure no conflict. Is it actually failing or something else?

You may have loosened a cable connection. Check these three items.
1. Cable from the PUMP to the mobo CPU_FAN header.
2. Power supply cable from the PSU to your Commander Core box.
3. Communication cable from your Commander Core box to a mobo USB2 header.

nope, fans were maxed and CPU was hitting 100. was working perfectly fine just minutes before. i did about all the troubleshooting i could find, i couldnt get it to work. Just took it out and put my noctua back in and going to refund it to Amazon. seems a very common issue, maybe it was already messed up and it just happened to fully stop working as soon as i moved the tubes.

If your CPU is too hot and the rad fans are running full speed, it is possible the PUMP unit is not running. It is powered from the Commander Core box, and that box gets its power via a cable plugged into a SATA power output from the PSU. Did you verify that power supply line is connected securely?

yeah, i unplugged every single wire and replugged them in when i took my air cooler out and then again once it started acting up. Im guessing it was working properly out of the box and just completely failed right at the same time i moved the pipes. It was running quite loud the whole time, the CPU liquid temp was right but the actual CPU seemed way too hot for liquid cooling now that i think about it.

I think I am just going to buy a different brand now. Any suggestions? looking at maybe the Deepcool or Arctic liquid freezer.
