You should uninstall your old GPU drivers, power down your system(and unplug from the wall), remove the GT730 and replace it with the GTX1050Ti. After you boot into Windows GUI, install the latest GPU drivers found off Nvidia's support site.
Are you sure your PSU is reliably built and it's capable of delivering 350W to the entire system?
When upgrading from one Nvidia GPU to another Nvidia GPU it is enough to just reinstall GPU drivers with clean install option.
No need to uninstall anything.
