I'm having a problem with my GPU

This problem started happening after I changed my case, the screen would turn black for a second at random times (sometimes 3 times in a row), I couldn't play BF4 and Medal Of Honor because an error dialogue would appear ( http://imgur.com/yr5ee1s ), I changed the drivers a few times and still nothing changed, Now 2 games started crashing, first Saints Row 4 ( i thought it was a bug), and now AC4, I didn't try with a lot of games but i think there is something wrong with my GPU.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
MOBO:H77-DS3H
GPU: 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (Gigabyte)
PSU: AX1200i

Your power supply is of top quality, so the primary suspect would be your cooling. What temperatures are you getting under load for both the CPU and the GPU?

For the CPU it would get to 45 C I think, because i have H80i for it.
As for the GPU it would get to around 65 C.

try and reseat the video card and make sure the power cables are plugged in all the way.

Also, you can try assembling the computer outside of the case and try to reproduce the problem, since you told that it all started happening after you swapped the case.

I didn't build the PC myself, because the building part was done by a shop, but I know how to reseat the GPU.
so I will try to do that, and to be clear I only changed the case so I can add the H80i.

Understood. The reason I'm suggesting to try to move everything outside is because some cases can have grounding issues. In particular, the standoffs beneath the motherboard, sometimes even the back panel plate or front panel connectors such as USB.
