[SOLVED] Im look to build my first pc with a budget of $1500 CAD with a 1660 TI and an intel proccessor.

Solution
Here is my offering:

A couple of other options. You can trade a little performance on the drives for more CPU or GPU. There is a 550W Platinum rated Seasonic on sale for 10$ less than that 650W Gold.

This system doesn't overclock. Adding in a 9600k and a decent cooler will set you back another $250 or so and you would have to scale back on the drives a little bit.

The CPU cooler is for looks. The stock Intel cooler would work, but seems a shame in such a nice system.

Solution
You definitely have a good budget, so you should honestly go for a rtx 2060, a gtx 1660 ti is decent, not MUCH better than a 1060 6gb. If you go with the 2060, you can still get a good psu, and cpu, and maybe a ssd

A 9600k in a z390 with 1660ti is difficult in a 1500cad budget.

And I would suggest the ryzen 2600X over a locked Intel i5 any day :
