I'm looking for a cheap mechanical keyboard

I'm looking for a sub 120€ non-tenkeyless mechanical keyboard with a german layout, Cherry MX Reds or similar ones, RGB backlighting and a volume wheel. I heard a lot of good about the K70 (which is 170€ so a little over the budget) and the KM780 (which would be the perfect one but is too expensive). Which ones do you recommend?
