I'm looking for a good budget gaming build.

Hello community, I am having troubles coming up with a really good bang for your buck build. I am looking for something in the $500-600 price range. Anything you guys can come up with that will play games such as GTA V and Fallout 4 in 1080p at decent framerate would be great. The budget is tower only. I do not want any peripherals added into the price.

Will you need a copy of Windows? If so, that'll take a fair chunk out of your budget.
