Lowest price, long battery life. I'm planning to buy a laptop or a windows tablet that can handle lol at least 30 fps. (in combat).
I searched on the internet and have an eyes on Asus t100taf (2s in 1 windows tablet). Asus x205. Both are Intel bay trail.
I'm in AUS and the best I can only 400 AUD.

I would stay away from tablets and try and get a laptop as space will be the issue. At this low price I assume you want to play the game at the lowest settings possible. You could look for a refurbished lenovo as they are very cheap.

LoL has very low system requires so it is possible to play the game on a laptop using a Bay Trail Atom CPU. The following video shows LoL being played on a 8.3" Lenovo ThinkPad 8 using the Bay Trail Z3795 Atom CPU at 1366x768 resolution. And another video of the game supposedly being played on an Asus T100; the camera does not zoom out to show exactly what laptop is being used to play LoL.

If you can wait a bit longer you may be able to find a 2-in-1 that uses Intel's Cherry Trail generation Atom CPU. So far only the Microsoft Surface 3 is using that CPU. I am assuming more tablets / 2-in-1s will be released after July 29th which is when Windows 10 becomes available.

Synthetic benchmarks shows that Cherry Trail Atom CPUs have about 2x the graphics performance compared to Bay Trail; actual performance will vary depending on the specific game. CPU performance has supposedly increased by a meager 3% or so.

Below is a video showing LoL being played on a Surface 3. If you can wait for new tablets to be released with Cherry Trail, then wait. If not, then buy a tablet with Bay Trail... which may be discounted when the next generation tablets are released to clear out existing stock.
