I'm looking for a laptop

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a laptop for Netflix, YouTube, social media use... no gaming or video-editing.

Would an Intel Pentium N5000 suffice for my needs? I'm on a tight budget, but I am sure I don't need something so powerful for everyday use.

I'm open to going slightly higher wuth my budget if you all think it would be worth it. Thanks a ton!

How tight and what OS are you looking to run on it? Depending on where you are I may have a few suggestions.

I would check out some of the chromebooks. For your purposes I think that is a very good value. The trick with CBs is that they tend to have crappy displays to keep the price down. Look for one with at least a 1080p display. I'd also look for one with 32gb or 64gb of storage. Most are meant to store data on cloud services but like a phone with only 16gb it will get really crowded really quick. You may also want to get a external hard drive or big SD card for bulk storage. But for about 300USD you can have all that.
