Build Advice I'm looking for advice on a 14900K build ?

I want a quiet machine that can run multiple VMs and be a NAS. Low noise and reasonable (not top 10%!) performance are the main criteria, though I'd be open to lower speed CPU if it still had lots of threads.

So far, I have the following and would be interested in alternate suggestions!

Note: I will add a lot of disks later.
Note 2: This will run Linux.

Thanks @Lutfij but I'm probably being slow...what does "large radiator AIO" mean?
I believe he means that cpu is a heat producing power hog that works best with a 420 AIO.
