Question I'm looking for an FM radio with Bluetooth 5.0 or above ?

In India. Especially Chennai nearby. Not gonna use the speakers but connecting with a high end sound system through Bluetooth. That's why 5.0 or Above.

A bespoke radio...there are hundreds to pick from? From simple clock radios to modern faux reproductions of old radios. I think you would be the best person to judge what is available locally in Chennai, but aliexpress and alibaba will be riddled with them.

Might check out some slightly older smartphones with FM. They should have Bluetooth 5.0 and might be relatively cheap.
