Current Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4870
Current CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
Mainboard: Micro-Star International GF615M-P33 (MS-7597) with NVIDIA MCP61 Chipset

I need a graphics card with 2GB of RAM that is compatible with DirectX11. I would like to spend around $100. Any Suggestions?

1440 x 900 is not 1080p. Which is it? 1920 x 1080 or 1440 x 900?

We need to know the psu specs, open your computer and post back with the info.

The monitor itself is 1080p 1920x1080. My bad, I was looking at my second monitors resolution.
I opened the case and cannot find any identifying marks on the power supply.

It should have a sticker on one of it's sides.

Or you can take a picture and post it using something like imgur.

lol

Without knowing the wattage of your power supply can't really give proper advice.

Could tell you to get xxxx gpu, and your power supply turns out to be a tin can, blows up and takes everything with it...

Gonna need to spin it around and take a look at all the sides till you find a sticker with info.

If you rather not... we know it can power a 4870... Plus your budget....

Grab a gtx 750, a version that doesn't need to have additional pcie power cables connected.
