I overclocked Duron 700 to 1010 MHz on Abit KT7 mobo
core 1,85 V
I/O 3,60 V
no name PSU 200W
simple, cheap (5$) cooler
CPU temp is up to 59 Celsius
no name PC133 RAM CAS 2

468/567 Sandra memory bandwith
CPU/Multimedia benchmark very close to 1G Athlon.

Everything at cost c.a. 350$ (mobo+RAM +CPU+PSU)

Great stability and performance - its like Christmast gift

Best wishes and at least such results from:

Now I recorded 62 Celsius under BurnInTest.

In addition to the other suggestions, consider OCZ.SAFESHOPPER.COM'S Monster II cooler with a Delta or Comair Quiet fan (be sure to specify) for $24.99. (The Delta is better by about 4 degrees but the Comair is much quieter, as the name implies). The heatsink is specifcally built to accomodate the KT7/KT7-Raid (with all those capacitors). Pick up a 1.5 oz. capsule of Artic Silver for $2.50 while your at it.

Read a review at MadOnion, the 3DMark 2000 homepage. (Sorry, I can't seem to get through to the site to get the exact URL. Just do a search, keywords OCZ and COOLER).

but I havent time to buy any better cooler yet. At this time everything looks good - no freezing, fascinating speed etc. But in next week i should try to buy better cooler, but in my country this is not so easy to get piece of good hardware :-(
