Just the screw? Or the hex nut standoff?

The actual screws are just M2.0 x 3mm and easy enough to find. I hear Ace Hardware etc carries them, if you happen to be in the US.

Where are you located? The first link you posted was in USD, the second now in AUD?

Do you have a local store? Most computer stores (that do repairs, or upgrades... or builds, even) should have them on hand.
Probably not in retail packaging, but I'm sure if you asked nicely.... &/or were prepared to pay them $1 or something.
Disproportionate for the cost, of course - they're probably $0.02/each or something, but do you really need a pack of 30/50/100/1000 of them, just to get one?
