Im new at building help

Hi, im new at computer building. I have researched this a lot and i need some advice on what to get because this is again my first computer so i will take any advice i can get. I already have my HDD and RAM so i just need everything else, i will deal with the cooler. I am a casual gamer that would like to spend around 600-700 dollars and i would like it to be quite. I would like the case to be nice sleek and under 75 dollars. The GPU should be were the most money should be spent. I would like to play battlefield 4 at a reasonable FPS. And also i would like for the cpu to be AMD.
