ASUS M4A87TD/USB3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 AMD Motherboard

hec ZEPHYR ZEPHY580MX 580W Continuous @ 40°C ATX12V V2.3 / SSI EPS12V SLI Certified CrossFire Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Microsoft Windows Anytime Upgrade: Windows 7 Starter to Home Premium

XIGMATEK LOKI SD963 92mm HYPRO Bearing CPU Cooler bracket included I7 i5 775 1155 AMD and dual fan push pull compatible

Now all this cost around $632.69 and i was also wondering if someone could give me a cheaper gaming rig that could run games that are coming out now

In the end imma be spending 600 cause of windows disc also is this a better build or could i fix up a lil more(by that i mean price)

Well you want a AM3+ motherboard because the the new AMD cpus. When they come out if you want to upgrade you just need to replace the cpu. Also I'd look at getting a better power supply. I don't know if that HEC one is good but I know for the same price you can get a good psu. For that price range I'd do what Outlander stated and just copy the TH $500 build. It's a great build for that price but upgrade to the AM3+ motherboard you picked out on your second build.
