Question Im new to upgrading my pc, which ram would be better?

I have B450M S2H with R5 1600 and thought about upgrading from 8Gb to 16Gb to:
Kingston HyperX Predator 2x8GB 3000MHz DDR4 DIMM CL15;
Team Group T-Force Vulcan Red 16GB 3000MHz CL16 DDR4 KIT OF 2;
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3000MHz CL16.
Would they be good, and capable to work with my build?
