I'm not able to see cd/dvd drivers as I've tried almost everything available on internet including registry fix and updating drivers online. Help me!

First - please stay out of the registry. Registry edits are a last resort and only attempted when all data, etc. has been backed up.

Second - update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

What make and model CD/DVD drive is installed?

What error messages or pop-up Windows etc., do you see when the failures occur?

Look in Reliability History - there may be an error code or warning therein that corresponds to your driver installation attempts.

show hidden devices done
scan for hardware changes done
multiple ata channel 0 and 1 uninstalled and restarted
drive still missing

Also I've tried to update the drivers but still nothing came.

I've provided all the information you've asked for with other pics.
please suggest me something.What should I do?
