Question I'm not confident I'm getting use out of all 32gb, how can I verify working ram?

Hello everyone!

I've attached some screenshots to better explain my question but lately I've been having some real bad performance issues and today I'm noticing that KillSwitch is only showing 16GBs and currently almost capped out, which would explain my drag right now, but I do have 32GB installed between 4 sticks..

I know this seems pretty noobie, but is there a way to ensure that I'm getting use out of all 4 sticks, or a test I can run that'll check the integrity/quality of the sticks?

Any help is appreciated!

exact model of the ram? were all 4 stick from 1 kit?

answer ALL these questions please. especially if the ram were all from 1 kit when you bought it
