I'm not sure if the way my cryorig h7 would affect my preformance.

I've had this cooler in my PC for over a year now and have had some pretty good temps with it. Up until recently have i noticed that it's not pointing the same direction other people have theirs pointing.Would this affect performance contrary to having the fan pointed towards the ram? Note i have positive air pressure and the fan directly behind the heat sync fan pointed at the heat sync fan to supply more air (at least that's what i thought).

Ideally the fan should be on the memory side pushing the warm Air through the heatsink and out the rear exhaust fan.

You think the temps are fine and all? Is it worth it buying thermal paste and switching the direction or am i ok?
