I'm not sure if this is a problem with the CPU and Memory?

So I'm helping my friend build a PC. The CPU is the i7 5820k and the memory is the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32GB Kit (8GBx4) DDR4 2400 MT/s. So according to http://ark.intel.com/products/82932/Intel-Core-i7-5820K-Processor-15M-Cache-up-to-3_60-GHz, the compatible memory speeds are 1333/1600/2133 but the memory is 2400? should this be problem?

Solution
That means you will need oc the RAM. It should not be the problem. You can boot into the BIOS to setup the XMP profile in the memory section, and the RAM will run at 2400mhz, if you want you can manually oc the RAM even higher than 2400mhz. More info and check the manual. Or even you can manually set the RAM at 2133mhz, it is underclock, but that doesn't make sense.
