I'm not sure what SATAs to use for SDD, HDD, and ODD?!

Solution
I just checked my Intel Motherboard Database

Your ASRock motherboard has an Intel Z68 chipset with an integrated Intel ssd controller and two ports. The integrated Intel Controller is definitely preferred over the Marvell controller. You should see better performance using the Intel ssd controller and Intel drivers.
I'd put the SD and the faster (also probably has bigger cache) of the two HD's (prolly the 1TB) on the SATA 3 ports, the rest on on SATA 2. Skip the Marvell all together. HD transfers off the platters won't benefit from SATA 3 but the transfers from cache will.

I'd put the SSD on the non marvell 6.0 ports. I get the feeling it will be easier to install windows on those ports. I'm not sure which is the fastest.

As for the other drives, the fastest mechanical drives can JUST get faster then what SATA I can do. They aren't even close to what SATA II can do. I'd put all the other drives on the SATA II ports. Save your other 6.0 ports for SSDs.
