I'm not sure what to put in

Note: All the pc's on the school are windows 8 enterprise.

Basically I want to look the student's their files

Every student has his own number and password
Example: \\CLL\3895756\ (All students have the same domain)
When I log in with the Administrator account the domain is different
\\J\Administrator\
Once I am logged in into the admin account, I go to C:\Users\ and I can see some users. Any folder I click on there is empty, how? Why? Is this because of the domain? Is a setting not enabled?

In 1 folder (Downloads) there was a SpotifySetup. So I can't view some files, any idea why?

Are you setup as the domain admin? and on each pc, domain adamin have the same role as local admin?

There is only 1 admin account on the computer
The Administrator account is an admin account for sure
I have no clue if the admin domain is different for each pc, need to check this out. Might take some time

Sound like you need to do what 13thmonkey said
