Please keep it to 1 thread.
Hey!

I'm currently gaming with a Ryzen 7 5700x and a RTZ 3070 Gaming trio Z.
Since today whenever i play a game my fps is terribly low. Normally on warzone i got like 100 fps (which was already low for my feeling)
but now i'm only getting 17 FPS!!

There are 2 things i did before this happened:

1: I updated my Windows
2: I installed my new Ryzen 7 5700X CPU (old one was a Ryzen 7 2700X)

Does anybody knows how to fix this and what i did wrong?

I hope your guys can help me!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Use DDU and remove all GPU drivers from your platform, then manually reinstall with the latest drivers sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

So i tried this and when the game is loading now i got like 160 fps but when i go in game i get 15 again.
Do you maybe know another solution?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of your PSU as well. BIOS version for your motherboard?

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
CPU cooler: MSI MAG Coreliquid 360
Motherboard: MSI
Ram: 16gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair
SSD/HDD: 250 m2 samsung and 1 tb m2 samsung
GPU: RTX 3070 gaming Z trio MSI
PSU: 1000 watt gigabyte
OS: Windows 10

Did you update the BIOS before swapping cpu's? Did you run userbenchmark? What is the make and model of both your psu and motherboard?

At first I didnt update the bios because it was a new motherboard. Later I updated the bios and had the same problem.
My motherboard is a: MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS
and my PSU is a Gigabyte GP-1000GM

Just swapped to my old cpu and no problems now

So you've kept your 2700x in there. You need to enable xmp in your BIOS to get your RAM running up to speed.

I see it now yeah i thought i already did that...
But I placed to 2700x back because i couldnt game haha.
but when i look at the results it must be the processor right?

So I bought a new CPU (Ryzen 7 5800x) and put it in the pc. Now I wanted to play Warzone but my FPS is only 15......
Can someone please help me 😓
