I use US currency. I also my budget it 0-100$ I would like to have around $50 or lower if possible.

I'm planning on upgrading my cpu fan to the hyper 212 evo or hyper 612 I don't want a water cooler just because of the price. Unless you find a good deal or school me :)

I want a sound card just for gaming and listening to music. Some reviews say you're not gonna see a difference with a good pair of headphones and a decent motherboard.

I have a Logitech G430 Headset.

Thanks for anyone that can school me on any of this and help me through it!

PC Specs:
Motherboard: 970a-ds3p Gigabyte
Ram: 8 gb Corsair
Power Supply: 500 Watt EVGA
Graphics Card: gtx 960
Processor: FX 6300

Hypre 212 EVO is good for 4.5-4.6GHz on FX 6300. But your motherboard only has 4+1 phase power. I would not push it too hard. Stay near stock voltage and shoot for 4.4-4.5GHz. And mount the cooler so it is blowing back of the case onto the VRM heatsink.

On-board audio is actually pretty good on that motherboard. It is ALC887.

You could blow your whole budget of $100 on a sound card and still not get any improvement. So just save your money for GAMES! :)
