My current rig has a Ryzen 5 1400 @3.8Ghz 1.35v and a RX 460 4Gb. 12Gb(1x8Gb,1x4Gb) of DDR4 2400 RAM and a PowerSpec 750Watts Gold 80+ Semi Modular PSU

Basically I got $520 to spend on a new GPU as the games that I play kind of sucks at the moment with the RX 460. The games I play most are Battlefield 1, Witcher 3, SW:Battlefront 2 and Deus Ex Mankind Divided on 1920x1080p at Low to Medium Settings.

Im looking at a GTX 1060 6Gb or a GTX 1070 8Gb, Im also looking at a 1070 Ti as it also falls on my budget.
So guys any suggerstion on which to pick?

the 1070ti is a good buy especially if you overclock it but depending on the resolution which you said was 1080p then I would recommend the 1060 as it is the perfect 1080p card. Then you can spend the rest of the money on other parts or even Mcdonalds
