I'm stuck on battlefield 4 game where i need to jump

hi i'm playing Battlefield 4 in the mission where you need to destroy the dam but when i jump i can't grab the ladder.i'm sick of falling down and getting killed all the times.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙁

first of all upgrade your graphic driver to 331.65 whql.
its a bug in old drivers even in newer versions solved in 331.65 version.
when you jump just press E few times during jump.
don't start running from a distance go to edge and just jump.

its a bug in old drivers even in newer versions solved in 331.65 version.
when you jump just press E few times during jump.
don't start running from a distance go to edge and just jump.
