Question I'm thinking about upgrading my RTX 3070 ?

also try updating your motherboard bios as well and go into windows 11 update and make sure every driver is up to date even optional ones.

updated my bios and windows and turned off gpu hardware scheduling.

I checked my ram and now it says it's only 2133 MT/s in the task manager when before it said 3200. Did something change in the bios and should I go back in to fix that?

Well something I did helped. I'm getting 1440 at a stable 70fps with everything HQ.

When you update the bios it resets the memory speeds so you have to enable a-xmp or d c o p to get the full performance from the memory.

I think you are in the same position as me with regard to upgrading in that the CPU isn't fast enough for a GPU upgrade and the GPU isn't fast enough for a CPU upgrade. Need to upgrade both at once.
