If you replace the PSU with good quality unit - then Yes.

If not and you keep that no-name PSU in there, then: No.

Since what you're looking at is prebuilt, the one who composed the build also wants money for assembly, so ~650 USD (or 70.000 RSD) would be a bit on the expensive side. But you need to replace the PSU!
