My question is, does it really a good purchase those 3 items for aroud 470$? or are there better components to buy for that price? I hope you can help me out.

Well since you have a non-K CPU. You don't need a Z-motherboard as these are for overclocking. You can get an H-motherboard.

Appart from that, solid build.
