I was going to build a PC with certain parts that I liked, but then decided I wanted some different parts. Then I decided I wanted to buy a complete one, and I just cant decide what to do. I'm open to any suggestions, on what to get or do. I want to get this for gaming, and maybe some other stuff, maybe schoolwork here and there, but mostly gaming.
Here are my options and maybe more if have you give me a better idea.

■ Buy one. I could get this Refurbished Alienware PC: https://www.amazon.com/Alienware-i5-7400-Silver-Certified-Refurbished/dp/B075H4RZD8

■ Another option would be build a PC, and this is building choice #1: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/3G7K7W

■ Building PC option #2: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xNR2kd
And if you notice the missing motherboard, its right here: https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-DDR3-Micro-Motherboard-GA-78LMT-USB3/dp/B009FC3YJ8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1530158726&sr=8-2&keywords=ga-78lmt-usb3

Those are my three options. With all of them I would want the same headphones, keyboard and mouse.
Headphones: https://www.amazon.com/BENGOO-Controller-Cancelling-Headphones-Surround/dp/B076DWKD5B/ref=sr_1_6?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1529537008&sr=1-6&keywords=gaming+headphones&refinements=p_72%3A1248879011#customerReviews

Keyboard: https://www.amazon.com/HAVIT-Rainbow-Backlit-Gaming-Keyboard/dp/B016Y2BVKA/ref=sr_1_6?rps=1&ie=UTF8&qid=1529536554&sr=8-6&keywords=gaming+keyboard&refinements=p_72%3A2661618011%2Cp_76%3A2661625011

Mouse: https://www.amazon.com/PICTEK-Programmable-Breathing-Ergonomic-Computer/dp/B01FZ3BR5S/ref=sr_1_22?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1529536652&sr=1-22&keywords=wireless+gaming+mouse&refinements=p_72%3A1248879011

If you have any separate suggestions or anything in my list is a bit off, please tell me.

Your building PC Option 2 motherboard choice won't work, its AM3+ and the CPU is AM4.

What is your max budget? For around $1000 I'd get this and then eventually get a SSD, or hold out on the Windows 10 License for now and get a SSD now.

The 8400/GTX 1070 will be more then enough for any newer games at 1080P/75hz (monitor in build), next upgrade I would recommend is increasing ram to 16gb. Your headphones, K/M choices are fine for gaming.

Windows 10 ISO.

So what you are saying is that I should not get the fully built alienware one, and another great option is the one that you put down. Okay. I like it. If i hold off on the windows 10... But I need the software to make it go, right? and that costs money... I like the options that you gave me, but there is just one problem, I don't want to go any higher than 1,050. The options that you gave me are $1035.13 in total. I'm pretty sure I need the software to even run the computer, that would be +$95, then there would be the headphones, the keyboard and the mouse is optional, because I already have a mouse and the keyboard comes with one. So.... that's a problem.

Thank you so much.
