[SOLVED] I'm trying to determine what kind of screw that's holding my hard drive caddy in place.

Solution
That's a stripped out phillips. You really only have 2 options here:

1. Use something like a Dremel and a cutting wheel to cut a slot, then use a standard screwdriver to remove the screw.

2. Try to grab the head of the screw with needle nosed pliers and slowly twist it out.

Either way that screw must be replaced.
