I'm unable to adjust the brightness of my windows 7, what should I do?

The adjustment roller in the battery option is unavailable. And the current brightness is too low! So what should I do in order to upright that?

I don't understand the question.

Are you saying you have a LAPTOP and it's bright enough when plugged into the wall but not bright enough on battery only?

If so, have you not gone into the POWER OPTIONS?
