I'm using optiplex gx 620 and i'm also getting same problem. I checked all hardware parts of PC it's fine.

Iam using optiplex gx 620 and iam also getting same problem. I checked all hardware parts of PC it's fine .
I changed cmos too , dissemble and reassemble too, the amber light keep on blinking, I press power button for 30 sec ,and press again my PC get started for just 3 sec and again getting the same problem.
