Question IMAC - Question Mark Folder ?

I've got an issue with my Imac.

It has a M.2 SSD which is not being picked up (getting the question mark folder) - as it can't find the OS

I go to disk utility and all - Nothing.

Even when replacing the SSD it is still not being picked up.

Any ideas on what to try next?

Did you reset the NVRAM after replacing the SSD?

This unfortunately has not worked.
