"image integrity check failed" while trying to update bios

i am trying to update my bios but whenever i try to let it read the file there's always an output saying "image integrity check failed" what should i do to update my bios i'm using a P8H61-M LE ASUS motherboard

Which revision of the ASUS P8H61-M LE do you have? There was a REV 2.0 and a REV 3.0 released. Perhaps you have downloaded the wrong BIOS for your motherboard.

It also is possible the downloaded file is corrupted; did you try to download it again?
