OH what the hell....whenever i make up my mind to buy a gpu...a new one pops in....I give up!!!
Although my eyes are on R9 270x...which gives a mid-range gamer too much for its price...
FYI...the BF4 video shown at AMD event was running on a single R9 290x card at a resolution of 5760x1080.....now i know what these cards are capable of!!:D
AMD FTW!

You guys are funny, the 680 was a mid rang card that competed and beat AMD's high end card, leaving Nvidia with the real 680(780) the Titan was never really supposed to be a consumer card but hack why not when you have no compittion, took AMD a while to come out with the GHZ edition just to edge out the 680, so out came the 770 and 780 to trump that. Now comes AMD with its new card that is going to beat Nvidia's old top consumer level card the 780, but will be under the 690 but lower priced, I love how you guys bash Nvidia but new tech should be old tech, heck this new 512bit monster fro AMD is still unable to beat last years dual GK104 card big woop.

It is interesting to get to know about what they intend with the "R9" naming scheme. The past generations of the Radeon-series GPUs used to have an Rxxx code for the architecture behind the GPUs. It started with the R100 for the early Radeon 7000 and 8000 cards going all the way up to the Radeon HD7000 series GPUs with the R1000 architecture. So instead of going to R1100 they intend to reset the number or someting? I'm more confused now than when I begun writing this post ...
