Immediately help please Windows not starting

hello
my friend have windows xp sp2 original
he try to install sp3 but he cant & after a few restart then , when windows want to boot there is show some option like safe mode or last known good or .......
he try all of them but not start & windows automaticaly restart
please tell me easy way to fix this problem he need it very fast
how can he fix it please

if you cannot get into windows via fafe mode or using the "last known good configuration" option then you will have to use a windows disk (windows XP disk in this case) to try to repair it
