I just upgraded from a 1060 to a 2060 but still haven’t seen a boost in my frames. Was wondering what else I should upgrade and what to upgrade too. Thank you for your help.
The framerate is mostly dependant on the CPU.
The GPU provides the eyecandy/graphics.

Change only the GPU, and you won't see better FPS.
But you will be able to turn up the graphics settings at the same FPS.
