In a multi-monitor setup, does lowering a monitor's refresh rate have benefits?

Say I have one 144hz monitor...and 4 other monitors at 75hz, 75hz, 60hz, and 59hz.
If I keep the 144hz monitor the same and all the other monitors to 50hz, are there benefits?
