[SOLVED] In BIOS I am getting 100C CPU temps on max fan speed.

mobo: G33m core: core 2 quad ram:2gb and the thermal paste is dry. Any tips and can you tell me how to replace the paste in this machine. And definitely don’t say get a new pc I am trying to resurrect it for someone.
