ok this article made some good points , but waht fun is talking about good points?? my comments are gonna focus on teh ..stoopid bits

1. the idea of minature nuclear fission reactors for homes , is probably the dumbest and scariest idea that toshiba every came up with , now, if they were talkign cold Fussion that would be a different story , cold fusion 0 relies on water , produces no radioactive waste, and it's waste is actually helium , one of the cleanest burning fuel sources, that could be burned to further increase power out put iof the reactor , alas , currently cold fusion has never been achievable for periods longer thana few seconds , fission reactors that toshiba are suggesting , are quite dangerous , in short if the thing ever had a major malfuntion you'd get samll nuclear blast, granted it wouldnt be hiroshima round 2, but when youa re talking small nuclear blast , you are talking at elat your entire neighbor hoods would get flattened.

2. petroleum free cars ... sorry hate to rag on you kevin , but you do realize we already ahve these ... they are called electric cars , tesla even has a model that will get 250 miles on one charge.

3. that brings up this point , we dont need nuclear reactors to power homes or cars or any thing , long ago Tesla (the man not the car company) came up with a way to make wireless power a reality but it was nevered used at teh time becaue of the inherient cost of doing it. that aside , they ahve advanced solar panel tech to the poitn where a home can run on it quite efficently ,with the use of a battery set up to charge power to , for those days teh sun aint shiny.
