I wanna know which class my pc falls?

High end ,low end or middle

As we all know next gen games are starting to release and by 2014 mostly all the games will release to next gen consoles so will my pc handle that games?

Mid-range.
It would be about on par with a next-gen console as far hardware is concerned, though will probably be outperformed due to optimization. In terms of CPU grunt its way ahead of consoles.

If you havent already built the rig, I suggest you downgradethe CPU to an FX-6300, and upgrade the GPU to a 7950, which are going very cheap on Newegg right now.
