What OS did your system orginally come with? Without more info or a list of specific problems I can only recommend the basics. First of all you need to have a Windows 7 installation disc of course as well as the unique product key that goes with it. If you have any important files back them up and make sure you check the manafacturers site and download all of the drivers. Most importantly chipset, usb, lan, and wifi and back them up either on disc on flash drive. Depending on your storage space get all the drivers you can starting with the ones I mentioned.
