In which order should I install these components?

Hey.
So I bought a new EVGA 600W PSU , FX 8320 Processor and a Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 motherboard to replace my previous ones. How should I go about installing these? In any specific order? I have previously flashed and updated the bios successfully on my last motherboard. Would I need to do this on my new motherboard with the new cpu?
