I have a new laptop: Win10 Home 64-bit, Intel Core i7 6700HQ @ 2.60GHz, 16 GB, FF 47.0.1
v238GB LITEON L8H-256V2G-HP (SSD), 931GB TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 (SATA). All programs I install get installed on the SSD but there are some programs I use infrequently that I'd like to move to the HDD. Somewhere in this forum I read about a free program that will allow a symbolic link to stay on the SSD but the program resides on the HDD. There are some programs that assume C:\ and can't be changed. I can't find that posting again and don't know if it will even work in Win10. Any suggestions?

Thanks CountMike but that's not what I was talking about, I want to know of free software that will move an installed app from a SSD to a HDD Supposedly it leaves a symbolic link on the SSD that points to the app on the HDD. Saves uninstalling and reinstalling the app if it offers the choice of installing an app on a drive other than C:
