INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE issues

So I have an old laptop, and for a couple years now it has been giving me this error whenever I turn on the laptop after being off for the night. I have someone who is good with computers in my house, but they have been unable to fix it and the internet hasn't been helping much up to now. We have managed to fix the error for a time, but it just keeps coming back over and over. I can usually turn off the laptop after it shows this error, and a couple hours later, it'll be fine until it crashes with a different error, or I put it in sleep mode and it crashes with the inaccessible boot device error again. This is really getting on my nerves at this point, so any help is welcome.

Hello TheArchitect813

Can you please check and confirm if the hard drive is faulty?

This tutorial or this tutorial might help you in this.

If your hard drive isn't faulty, Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command can fix any issues with the Windows' system files.

If even that doesn't work, assuming that you have Windows 10 installed, you can try Resetting Windows to Factory Defaults (without removing your personal files).

If none of the above works, you may try to update the BIOS. (Note: Please make sure to back up your current BIOS to avoid any future issues that may arise otherwise.)

Feel free to report back if further assistance is needed.

Cheers!! :)

Solution
I was going to try the command chkdsk but then I did a full malware scan and fix and the issue seemed to resolve itself
If the problem comes up again, I'll try to do the command
Just to give you an update
