Incompatible usb in my car, but was reading the music before i reformatted. HELP???

My USB port in my car is not reading my USB (san disk cruze glider 64gb.) When i bought it, it was working fine in my car but then i reformatted it and is in exfat, but the stereo says "incompatible Usb." I have the pioneer AVH-270BT in my car. Can some one please help.. would be very much appriciated.

Read your car radio manual (page 40 in the appendix), it does not support exFAT -- it only supports FAT16 and FAT32.
