I am giving a thought on how to build my next not-too-high-end gaming pc. And I came across with a lot of interesting mini-ITX builds that migth serve me as an inspiration. So, Is there any major issue or limitation that a mini-ITX build has when comparing it to p.e a micro-ATX build?

Any opinion is apreciated.

Also there's price. Getting some of the sfx things like powersupplies or heatsinks might get a little up there compared to a m-atx build. Kind of like how I wished I went with the Bitfenix Prodigy M instead so I could've done sli 970's. Make sure you plan out ALL the things if you do decide to build one because it helps a lot.
The only limitations you have for mITX builds are you only have one PCIe slot for add-on/graphics cards, 2 RAM slots (actually varies depending on manufacturer) and heatsink and sizing limitations (depending on the case)
